The Honest Part
If you can't tell whether your SEO is working, it isn't.
Most Omaha business owners we meet are already paying someone. They just can't answer one simple question: did the phone ring more this month than last month? Here's what that usually looks like.
The report says up. The bank says no.
Impressions climbed. Keyword counts climbed. Revenue didn't move. Those are three different things, and only one of them pays your mortgage.
Nobody can tell you what was actually done.
Ask what changed on your site last month. If the answer is a PDF full of charts instead of a list of pages, the work is the charts.
You've never spoken to the person doing the work.
You met the closer. Then you got an account manager. The actual work went somewhere else. Nobody at that agency has seen your shop.
Search marketing isn't complicated. It's just rarely done honestly.
Why Page One Isn't Enough
Almost everything goes to the top three.
This is the number that decides whether Omaha SEO is worth doing. Being on page one is not the goal. Being in the top three is.

Omaha Group Advertising
We administer several of the largest local buy, sell and trade groups in the Omaha area. Featured placement, cover reach and announcements that land on real local phones.
Plenty of agencies bid on "Omaha SEO." Read their Omaha pages closely and you'll find paragraphs about the Henry Doorly Zoo and the Old Market. That's a template with the city name swapped in by someone who has never been here.
Our founder was born in Fremont, with family in Omaha, Lincoln and Schuyler. We're a national agency — we run campaigns and build sites for clients in a lot of markets — and Omaha is one of our core hubs, because it's the one we actually come from. We want Nebraska businesses to win here, and that's not a marketing line.
We've been building websites and search campaigns since 2012. Before that, our founder ran sales floors for multi-million-dollar plumbing and remodeling companies. We know what a real lead sounds like on the phone, because we used to close them.
We're our own client. We own and market home-services and ecommerce businesses. Every tactic we use on your site, we've already paid for on ours.
Nothing is outsourced. The person who scopes your project is the person who writes the page and pushes the code.
We come to you. In person around the Omaha metro, or on a call — whatever's easier for you. Most of our clients prefer a focused 20-minute call to a two-hour meeting.
No guarantees, ever. Nobody can promise a #1 ranking — Google says so itself. What we promise is that we'll work on your business like it's ours.
Google now answers a large share of searches on the page itself. If your business isn't in that answer, you don't get the click — no matter where you rank underneath it.
Google's AI answer panels now appear on roughly 31% of all search result pages, up from a small fraction two years ago. When one appears, the first organic result gets pushed below the fold.

Money Talk
What does SEO actually cost in Omaha?
We won't invent an average to make ourselves look cheap. Instead we put six named 2026 industry surveys side by side so you can see the real range before anyone quotes you anything.
Then we scope your project against it. If the honest answer is that your money is better spent somewhere else this quarter, we'll say that out loud.

Nebraska SBDC at UNO
The Nebraska Small Business Development Center provides no-cost, confidential consulting to help entrepreneurs start, grow and transition their businesses — business planning, market research, financial projections and more.
Networking, advocacy and business support across the metro. Small businesses make up the large majority of its membership, and it runs programs specifically aimed at emerging companies.
The U.S. Small Business Administration's annual state profile — how many small businesses operate in Nebraska, how many people they employ, and which industries are growing.
It depends on how competitive your industry is and how much needs fixing before anything can rank. We scope every project individually and quote a number only after someone has actually looked at your site. We publish six named 2026 industry pricing surveys on our pricing page so you can see the real market range before you talk to anyone.
How long before I see results from SEO?
Technical fixes can show up in weeks. Rankings for competitive commercial terms usually take three to six months, and sometimes longer in crowded industries. Anyone who promises faster than that is either guessing or selling you branded search you were already getting for free.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. There is no long-term contract to start working with us. Custom website builds are structured as a lease with a buyout option, and we explain that in full before anything is signed. Ongoing search work is month to month.
Can you guarantee a #1 ranking on Google?
No, and neither can anyone else. Google's own guidance on hiring an SEO says that no one can guarantee a number one ranking. What we promise instead is that we put your business first, work on it the way we work on our own companies, and tell you the truth about what is and isn't working.
Do you meet with clients in person?
Yes. We meet Omaha metro clients in person when that's what they want, and we work with plenty of others entirely by phone and video. Most owners tell us a focused twenty-minute call beats a two-hour meeting, so that's our default.
What is the difference between SEO and AI search optimization?
SEO is about ranking in Google's list of blue links. AI search optimization, sometimes called AIO or GEO, is about being named inside the answer that ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews generate. They share a foundation but they are not the same work, and in 2026 you need both.
I already pay an SEO company. Can you tell me if they're doing anything?
Yes, and we'll do it free. Send us your last two monthly reports and your website address. We'll tell you plainly what has changed on your site, what hasn't, and whether the numbers in those reports mean anything. If your current company is doing good work, we will tell you that too.
What areas around Omaha do you serve?
Omaha, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Gretna, Elkhorn, Ralston, Bennington, Springfield, Waterloo, Valley, Blair and Plattsmouth, plus Council Bluffs across the river in Iowa. We also work with businesses in Lincoln and Fremont. We are a national agency and take clients in other markets too, but Omaha is one of our core hubs.
Let's Start
Tell us what's not working.
You'll get a real reply from a real person within one business day. Not a sequence, not a bot, not a calendar link that goes to a closer.
01You describe the problem. The phone isn't ringing, the site is old, the last agency vanished — whatever it actually is.
02We look before we talk. We review your site and your competitors first, so the first conversation isn't a discovery call.
03You get a straight answer. Including "don't spend money on this yet," if that's the truth.
